About the role

As a Beauty Advisor you will combine creative makeup expertise with a passion for people to deliver an inspirational, personalized in‑store experience. You will help customers discover prestige beauty products while supporting store events and visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, authentic and tailored beauty consultations to customers.
• Educate shoppers on product use, trends and techniques.
• Assist in planning and executing in‑store events and promotions.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising standards to differentiate the store.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale systems and handle transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Dynamic self‑starter with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proof of right to live and work in India if invited for interview.

Required skills

• Make‑up artistry (certification preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency with retail point‑of‑sale software.
