Beauty Advisor / Make‑up Artist (Retail)

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor and Make‑up Artist you will combine creative expertise with technical know‑how to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while supporting the store’s visual merchandising standards and in‑store events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored make‑up consultations and product recommendations.
• Educate customers on product use and beauty trends.
• Assist with the planning and execution of in‑store events.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising standards to differentiate the store.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale software efficiently.

Required profile

• Passion for people and a dynamic, self‑starting attitude.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with authentic, inspirational communication.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country when invited for interview.

Required skills

• Make‑up artistry (certification preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
