Beauty Advisor / Makeup Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Makeup Artist you will combine creative and technical makeup expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate customers, support in‑store events and help the store maintain high visual‑merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Educate and delight customers through demonstrations and tutorials.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute in‑store beauty events.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards that differentiate the store from competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale software accurately and efficiently.

Required profile

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; amateur experience is also welcomed.
• Ability to deliver authentic, inspirational customer service.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events.
• Proof of right to work in the country when invited for interview.

Required skills

• Professional makeup artistry techniques.
• Proficiency with retail point‑of‑sale software.
