Associate Manager – Acquisition (Corporate Salary)

About the role

The Associate Manager – Acquisition (Corporate Salary) will work within the Branch Banking function, focusing on direct customer interaction to acquire new corporate salary accounts across a defined geography. The role involves promoting banking products, ensuring seamless account opening, and supporting the Sales Manager with market mapping and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate salary account customers in the target segment.
• Ensure high‑quality account onboarding, including registration for mobile and net banking, and activation of RD/FD products.
• Register, activate, and fund new accounts within three months of opening.
• Meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets by analysing customers' transaction banking needs.
• Assist the Sales Manager with catchment mapping, lead generation, and opportunity feedback.
• Maintain compliance with KYC, internal guidelines, and external regulations.
• Generate promotional wish‑lists and cross‑sell family and other banking products.

Required profile

• Graduation in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Management or related fields.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in banking sales or customer acquisition.
