Assistant/Dy Manager – Customer Project Manager

About the role

The role is a Project Manager for OE customers, acting as an entrepreneur for new product development projects. You will drive innovative solutions, manage project charters, schedules and budgets, and ensure delivery of high‑quality customer samples on time.

Key responsibilities

• Set up project charter and detailed project management plan.
• Define top‑level schedule, manage risks and track costs.
• Ensure achievement of project objectives, KPIs (CPC completeness, OTD, EBIT) and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the project team, issue instructions and manage stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate approvals for change requests, internal and external audits, and support acquisition phases.
• Prepare and present project status reports and conduct lessons‑learned reviews.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (BE) with 5‑7 years of experience in project management, key account management or manufacturing, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to manage OEM relationships and deliver projects on time, on spec, on quality and within budget.
