Assistant Manager - In Room Dining

About the role

You will support the efficient operation of the In‑Room Dining department, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. Working closely with the Outlet Manager, you will help drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and contribute to the outlet’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day running of the In‑Room Dining outlet, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Support the Outlet Manager in managing the outlet as an independent profit centre.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction while operating within budgetary constraints.
• Help ensure the financial success of the outlet through effective cost control and revenue management.

Required profile

• Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader or Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
