Sourcing Expert – Recruitment (Full-Time, On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Sourcing Expert to join our recruitment team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple industries and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and profile evaluation.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate quality and market availability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Generate daily/weekly sourcing reports and pipeline updates.
• Stay updated with hiring trends, market intelligence, and competitor mapping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Experience in IT, non‑IT, or international hiring is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Dice, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in using ATS/CRM systems.
