Shop Assistant

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Shop Assistant in Jaipur. You will be the front‑line representative of the store, helping customers find what they need while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answering inquiries and offering product recommendations.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is well‑stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or electronic payments.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform stock counts, and coordinate replenishment.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, and organized at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of gemstones or a willingness to learn about jewelry.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
