About the role
Mastercard is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join its Customer Experience and Disputes team in Pune. The role will support the post‑purchase journey by turning large data sets into actionable insights that improve transaction recognition, purchase management and dispute resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Manipulate and analyse large‑scale databases to generate insights and hypotheses.
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards, Excel models and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear analytical specifications and deliver on‑time solutions.
- Support quarterly business reviews, executive strategy presentations and ongoing metric tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product and Strategy teams to drive data‑driven decisions.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a data analyst in a senior capacity.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior stakeholders.
