Business Analyst – ERP Process Optimization

About the role

BlinkSwag is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and ERP technology. You will work across Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production and Management to identify gaps, streamline workflows and drive system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes and pinpoint inefficiencies.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed ERP functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with ERP developers to design, test, and deploy automation solutions.
• Create process flow diagrams, SOPs, BRDs and user stories.
• Coordinate module implementation, UAT and rollout activities.
• Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Provide training and ongoing ERP support to internal teams.
• Assist with data migration, standardisation and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Functional Consultant or Process Improvement Analyst.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflow automation and business process optimisation.
• Experience translating operational needs into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with inventory, procurement, sales, finance, production or supply‑chain operations is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and documentation abilities.

Required skills

• ERP platforms such as Zoho, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Project and documentation tools: Jira, ClickUp, Visio, Lucidchart.
