Project Manager – French Localization

About the role

Acolad is seeking a Project Manager to lead French localization projects across its global content services portfolio. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery meets client expectations for speed, quality, and cost while optimizing margins.

Key responsibilities

• Execute projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Set up customer projects, prepare quotes, and schedule resources in collaboration with Account Management.
• Manage customer feedback, corrective actions, and investigations.
• Coordinate with Resource Managers, linguists, and technical leads for resourcing and issue resolution.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive margin optimization by controlling internal and external costs.
• Maintain linguistic assets (TMs, glossaries, style guides) to meet SLA commitments.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities and quality audits, implementing improvements as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation or an equivalent field.
• French diploma or degree.
• 3‑5 years of project management experience, preferably in language services.
