PMO – French Speaking Project Manager (Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai)

About the role

CGI is seeking a detail‑oriented PMO professional to support financial and operational management across its Indian delivery hubs. The role combines budget oversight, resource planning, and reporting within an Agile environment, while acting as a liaison for French‑speaking stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial operations including budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, forecasting and time tracking.
• Support service level management and ensure compliance with operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Perform resource and capacity planning to optimise project efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain analytical reports, dashboards and insights using Excel.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setting and participate in project planning, tracking and status reporting.
• Coordinate communication with French‑speaking stakeholders as needed.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of relevant experience in financial or operational management.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French.
• Experience working in global or cross‑cultural teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
