Windows/VMware/Active Directory Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Windows/VMware/Active Directory Administrator to provide L1/L2 support for our Windows Server environment. The role involves managing Active Directory, handling routine VMware tasks, and ensuring system health while following ITIL processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) environments.
• Create and manage user accounts, groups, and Group Policy Objects in Active Directory.
• Provision virtual machines, take snapshots, and monitor VMware infrastructure (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
• Respond to incident and service requests via ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Remedy) within SLA.
• Monitor system health, perform basic troubleshooting, and manage patching, updates, and antivirus compliance.
• Support backup and restore activities and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory (users, groups, GPO).
• Familiarity with VMware administration tools.
• Understanding of networking basics such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Remedy) and following ITIL processes.
