Sales Advisor

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be the front‑line representative of the brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and inspiring shopping experience. You will combine product knowledge with a passion for fashion to help shoppers find the right pieces while supporting store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise sales opportunities.
• Process, stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Open, unpack and label new arrivals, applying security tags as needed.
• Handle customer purchases, returns and register operations efficiently.

Required profile
