About the role
The L2 Administrator will support the service desk by triaging priority incidents, handling software and hardware service requests, and ensuring SLA compliance. This role is part of a digital transformation team focused on delivering reliable IT services.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial triage and documentation for priority (P3) incident tickets, following defined SLA and escalation procedures.
- Track and assist in the resolution of software, hardware, and network service requests, ensuring accurate logging and timely completion.
- Monitor SLA timelines throughout the incident lifecycle and raise escalations for potential breaches.
- Assist in creating and executing change requests related to incident resolution.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in an IT service desk or similar environment.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and SLA monitoring.
- Ability to work collaboratively with higher‑level support teams.
