About the role
The Key Account Manager – Ecommerce will drive the fast‑growing e‑commerce business, managing overall channel performance and building strong relationships with key customers. This role bridges brand strategy, digital execution and field operations to ensure profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Drive e‑commerce business growth and overall channel performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, developing Joint Business Plans (JBP).
- Plan and implement the 6P strategy (Promotions, Activations, Content, Pricing, Visibility, Planning) in quarterly grids.
- Collaborate with brand and digital teams to integrate online brand strategies.
- Work with field and operations teams to ensure smooth business delivery.
- Explore new business formats and stay abreast of evolving market trends.
- Identify insights using analytics tools and platform engagement.
- Plan promotional budgets and customer‑level spend, maintaining P&L.
- Own commercial business planning and stock planning at the customer level.
- Coordinate with CSNL for transition to Direct and manage Direct deliveries.
Required profile
- MBA or equivalent from a reputable institute.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in General Trade, Modern Trade or E‑commerce, preferably within consumer products/FMCG.
