Onboarding Consultant – Enterprise APAC

About the role
We are looking for an Onboarding Consultant to own the first 30‑60 days of the post‑sale journey for our Enterprise customers in the APAC region. You will ensure new and upgraded clients are set up for success, aligning implementation plans with their business goals and driving early value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute tailored onboarding and implementation plans for Enterprise customers.
- Identify customer priorities and map them to Semrush product capabilities to accelerate adoption.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders during onboarding and hand over to account teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations and best practices.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and surface improvement opportunities.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and pass them to sales.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success Managers for seamless transitions.
- Monitor onboarding KPIs, usage metrics and feedback, reporting insights to improve the program.
Required profile
- 4–6+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management or Solutions Engineering.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise‑level onboarding projects in a SaaS environment.
- Strong customer‑obsessed mindset and ability to build trust quickly.
- Excellent communication and consultative skills.
