About the role
We are recruiting a fresh Information Analyst on an apprenticeship basis for persons with disabilities (PwD). This hybrid role offers hands‑on experience in data collection, analysis and reporting while you earn a monthly stipend.
Key responsibilities
- Gather data from various sources such as monthly SLA reports, raw data files, BI dashboards and transformation benefit records.
- Analyze SLA and transformation benefit data to identify patterns, insights and propose metric adjustments.
- Generate and present reports on SLA performance, CSAT, resource utilization and benefit realization.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and findings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Fresher – no prior professional experience required.

What we offer
- Stipend of 15,000 INR per month.
