Human Resources Business Partner – Supply Chain

About the role

The HR Business Partner – Supply Chain acts as a strategic advisor to the supply chain leadership team, shaping people strategy to drive business outcomes. You will lead workforce planning, capability building, performance management, and organisational effectiveness for both frontline and leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with supply chain leaders to align HR strategy with business goals and targets.
• Drive workforce planning, organisational design and manpower optimisation across regions.
• Provide data‑driven insights on attrition, productivity, span of control and other people metrics.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks, including KRAs, incentives and reviews.
• Analyse productivity metrics and recommend interventions to improve revenue per head and conversion ratios.
• Develop and roll out employee engagement and retention initiatives, focusing on high‑performers.
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate targeted training with L&D; support leadership development for mid‑ and senior‑level managers.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance processes and vendor payroll requirements.
• Lead change initiatives such as organisational restructuring and automation projects.

Required profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a supply‑chain or large manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain structures, incentives and productivity metrics.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
