Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Housekeeping Manager will lead the housekeeping department to ensure the hotel operates in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This role focuses on delivering exceptional cleanliness for guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and non‑kitchen back‑of‑house zones.
• Manage the laundry and dry‑cleaning operations, including hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and corporate policies.
• Lead, coach, and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain optimal service levels.
• Control inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a larger hotel operation.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
