Key responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of facility equipment and systems.
- Conduct repairs and troubleshoot issues to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Assist in planning and executing facility improvement projects.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
