About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the chat support team of a leading e‑commerce platform. The role is based in Jaipur and involves handling customer inquiries through live chat, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and product information.
- Escalate complex cases to senior support or relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on pending requests.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of chat processes and knowledge base.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, covering five days a week with alternate weekly offs.
- Customer‑focused attitude with patience and problem‑solving mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using chat platforms and basic computer applications.
What we offer
- Full‑time employment with a competitive CTC of 26,000 INR per month.
- Take‑home salary of approximately 19,000 INR plus a performance‑linked incentive of 2,500 INR.
