Telecaller (Customer Service & Sales)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team and support our customers through inbound and outbound calls. The role involves handling customer inquiries, promoting products or services, and contributing to sales targets. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company’s system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in English (and local language if applicable).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or BPO is preferred.
