Club Manager – Gym Operations & Sales

About the role

The Club Manager will lead the daily operations of a Cult Gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and engaging environment while driving membership growth. You will manage a team of fitness professionals, oversee budgets, and implement strategies to meet business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Monitor member feedback, address concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly membership sales targets and develop local marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with corporate partners and community organizations.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize revenue streams.
• Analyze sales and membership data to inform business decisions.
• Recruit, train, and develop personal trainers, group instructors, and sales staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in gym management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing.
• Basic Life Support certification (CPR/AED) required.
• Fitness industry certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM) preferred.
