About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive B2B outreach across Bihar for a fast‑growing EdTech startup. You will promote the NIAT brand, generate student leads, and convert them into paid applications for the Nxtwave Admission Test (NAT).
Key responsibilities
- Visit 12th‑grade schools, junior colleges, and coaching centres to schedule and deliver student demo sessions.
- Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with school principals, college heads, and educational partners.
- Organise on‑ground activities such as stalls, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness.
- Track leads, follow up with prospects, and achieve monthly application targets.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- 1‑5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or counseling.
- Willingness to travel extensively; reimbursements provided.
- Own a two‑wheeler, laptop, and a valid driving licence.
