About the role
The client, an established international luxury group, is entering a pivotal expansion phase in India. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, the Country Manager will hold full P&L accountability and lead an integrated team across commercial and corporate functions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive brand, retail, CRM, and channel strategy in collaboration with regional functional leads.
- Transform existing retail and online channels into a cohesive, sustainable omnichannel business.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Build and inspire a high‑performing, future‑ready team.
- Execute the ambition to double the business within five years.
Required profile
- Degree‑qualified with at least 15 years of experience in luxury retail management or a comparable service‑driven general management role.
- Proven track record of delivering results in complex, fast‑moving environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to craft non‑traditional solutions.
- Strong leadership presence, commercial acumen, analytical rigour, and ability to influence across a matrixed organisation.
- Prior experience operating in or leading the India market is a distinct advantage.
