Associate – Customer Center of Excellence (MCX)

About the role

The Associate will join Bain's Marketing and Customer Experience (MCX) team within the Customer Center of Excellence. Working closely with case teams worldwide, you will help deliver analytical solutions that drive insights on brand, marketing, sales and customer experience transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis across industries and geographies to support client cases.
• Develop and apply analytical tools, surveys and point‑of‑view frameworks.
• Ensure high‑quality, defect‑free deliverables and meet project timelines.
• Assist the lead/manager in assigning work streams and coordinating with global Bain teams.
• Generate actionable recommendations based on data and client needs.
• Contribute to the creation and testing of proprietary products and intellectual property.

Required profile

• Strong business judgment and ability to quickly understand diverse business contexts.
• Comfort with open‑ended research, IP creation and rapid project ramp‑up.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights and support client interactions.
• Willingness to support a small team and collaborate with senior colleagues.
