Digital & Social Media Executive

About the role

ReckittHome is looking for a Digital & Social Media Executive to lead influencer collaborations that boost brand awareness and drive measurable ROI. You will work closely with marketing, creative and PR teams to ensure influencer content aligns with broader brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify influencers on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube that match brand values.
• Onboard, negotiate contracts, and maintain long‑term relationships with creators, influencers and key opinion leaders.
• Plan, execute and monitor influencer campaigns, ensuring on‑brand content delivery and timely milestones.
• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that support overall digital goals.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance, ROI and engagement metrics to refine future tactics.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, creative and PR teams to integrate influencer content into wider initiatives.

Required profile

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and current content trends.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
