Marketing & Brand Manager

About the role

BRB, a mass‑premium snacking brand targeting India’s urban Gen‑Z, is looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to lead its brand communication and growth initiatives. Based in Gurugram, you will manage a small team and coordinate with agencies to drive both online and offline brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the social media and creator ecosystem on Instagram and YouTube, including content calendars, agency coordination, influencer partnerships, and paid content boosting.
• Conceptualise and execute offline events and sampling activations at music festivals, college campuses, corporate offices, and manage the BRB food‑truck rollout.
• Develop and execute brand content strategies and campaigns tied to key moments such as IPL, seasonal occasions, and new product launches.
• Manage CRM and email communications, handling content creation, scheduling, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Lead a team of 2–3 marketing executives and manage relationships with creative agencies, content vendors, influencer managers, and event partners.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in brand or marketing roles, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, or D2C consumer brands.
• Proven track record of running end‑to‑end social‑first brand campaigns.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or a small in‑house team.
• Hands‑on experience with offline activations or on‑ground event marketing.
• Strong creative sensibility and ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on content.
