Associate – Category Marketing

About the role

Myntra is seeking an Associate for Category Marketing to drive end‑to‑end marketing programs for key product categories. The role will involve planning brand launches, seasonal campaigns and ongoing activation, working closely with product, growth, creative and brand teams. You will be responsible for ensuring strategic clarity, accountability and performance across initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end program calendar for category marketing, including brand launches, seasonal campaigns and topical activations.
• Build and maintain project trackers and facilitate weekly cross‑functional syncs with relevant stakeholders.
• Define SOPs for cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring clear accountability across creative, technology, brand and growth functions.
• Lead post‑launch reviews to capture learnings and integrate them into future planning cycles.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning for new brand and category launches, scoping objectives, timelines, channel strategy and success metrics.
• Coordinate pre‑launch, launch and post‑launch workstreams across internal teams and external brand partners.
• Develop GTM briefs and launch playbooks that serve as repeatable frameworks scalable across the category portfolio.
• Manage brand onboarding onto the platform, including exclusive launches, hero campaign moments and co‑marketing commitments.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to achieve category targets such as GMV, average order value and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in category, program or brand marketing.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and drive initiatives from brief to execution.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accountability and process definition.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with product, growth, creative and brand teams.
