About the role

The Assistant Branch Manager – Agency Sales will support the branch manager in expanding health‑insurance business across the Sri Ganganagar region. The role focuses on tapping the SME and start‑up segments, designing tailored solutions, and increasing market share through channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target SME and start‑up customers to grow fresh business opportunities.
• Develop specific health‑insurance solutions for each business segment.
• Create inexpensive, standardized offerings to extend reach through channel partners.
• Capture a larger share of the approximately 1,500 Cr fresh‑business market by tailoring products and wellness benefits.
• Collaborate with the company’s wellness and chronic‑care programs to enhance product appeal.
• Monitor market dynamics, renewal rates, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in health‑insurance or related financial‑services sales.
• Understanding of the Indian SME and start‑up ecosystem.
• Ability to analyse market opportunities and design segment‑specific solutions.
• Strong communication skills for engaging channel partners.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on capturing new business.
