About the role
The Area Sales Manager – Two‑Wheeler Loan drives loan sales and builds a high‑quality portfolio for two‑wheeler financing across multiple branches on a pan‑India basis. The role expands product reach across diverse customer segments while ensuring compliance, portfolio quality and cost‑effective delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for two‑wheeler loans in identified segments and consistently exceed monthly acquisition targets.
- Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer opportunities and requirements.
- Ensure adherence to sales norms, SOPs, internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain strict compliance with credit and operational policies.
- Foster a digitally enabled team environment to meet customer needs holistically.
- Drive initiatives that support rapid growth targets and strategic objectives.
- Improve sourcing from strategic alliances and direct channels.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in any discipline (full‑time); post‑graduation preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking or loan sales, preferably in two‑wheeler or vehicle financing.
