About the role

We are looking for a reliable Picker to join our Noida warehouse team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves selecting and preparing customer orders accurately to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Select items from inventory according to order specifications.
• Prepare and pack orders while maintaining product quality.
• Organise goods for dispatch and support efficient workflow.
• Handle products safely and follow all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift and move products regularly.
• Effective time‑management to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and order processing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
