About the role

The Data Entry Officer will work in a production factory located in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on accurate recording, monitoring and reconciliation of inventory movements between the warehouse, production line and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and export data from inbound and outbound inventory vouchers.
• Monitor progress and reconcile inventory levels with warehouse and production records.
• Verify direct deliveries against supplier documentation.
• Support invoice data entry when required.
• Identify and resolve daily and month‑end inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct month‑end stock‑taking and production variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly reports for the accounting department and weekly/monthly reports for management.

Required profile

• College diploma or higher.
• Proficient in office computer applications (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in warehouse operations and cost accounting.
