Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Taloja. The role involves handling goods safely, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo and materials efficiently while following safety protocols.
• Sort, scan, pack, and label shipments for outbound delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory and stock movement records.
• Assist with dispatch and receiving activities, ensuring timely processing.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with transport and operations teams to facilitate smooth movement of goods.
• Report any damaged or missing items immediately.
• Support periodic stock audits and physical verification.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Ability to perform physical work and handle material movement.
• Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
• Discipline, punctuality, and a minimum education of 10th/12th pass.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred.
