Senior Associate - Logistics Coordinator

About the role

HaystackAnalytics is seeking a Senior Associate to manage the end‑to‑end logistics of diagnostic samples across India. The role ensures timely, temperature‑controlled transport from collection points to laboratories, supporting the company’s mission in infectious disease diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pickup, shipment, and delivery of diagnostic samples, maintaining accurate tracking throughout the journey.
• Monitor turnaround times and enforce TAT adherence across all logistics operations.
• Ensure cold‑chain integrity and temperature‑controlled handling of samples during transit.
• Liaise with internal teams, courier partners, vendors, and phlebotomists to schedule shipments and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory, shipment status, delivery confirmations, and generate operational reports.
• Prepare logistics documentation such as shipping labels, invoices, manifests, and compliance records.
• Proactively address delays, discrepancies, escalations, and customer feedback related to sample pickup and delivery.
• Uphold hygiene, professional attire, and behavioral standards of personnel interacting with patients.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent service quality and timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for sample handling.

Required profile

• Graduate in Logistics, Healthcare Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, healthcare operations, diagnostics, or courier management.
• Strong attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
