About the role
HCLTech is conducting a walk‑in recruitment drive for an International Voice Process position handling inbound calls. Candidates will work from the Sholinganallur contact centre and serve clients worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client queries via voice and written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts.
- Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction through a customer‑first approach.
Required profile
- 0‑3 years or 3‑6 years experience in an International Voice Process (inbound calls).
- Education: minimum 12th pass; any graduate or postgraduate (BTech/BE graduates not eligible).
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; must bring a government‑issued ID and an updated CV.
