Video Producer – Pre‑Production (Corporate & Social Media)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Video Producer to lead pre‑production activities for corporate films, product videos, testimonials, campaigns and social media content. The role works closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, HR, Product and Corporate Communications teams to turn business objectives into engaging video concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards and shot plans aligned with marketing goals.
• Plan shoot schedules, locations, equipment, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with production houses, agencies, talent, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee on‑set production for a variety of video formats, ensuring quality, timelines and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with post‑production teams to guarantee timely, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in video production/pre‑production.
• Strong expertise in concept development, script writing, storyboarding, shot planning and production planning.
• Background from top advertising, design or marketing agencies.
• Education in Film, Filmmaking, Mass Media or related fields.
• Age between 25 and 28 years.
• Preference for candidates based in Mumbai.
