US Shift Sales Executive (Freshers) – International Voice Calling

About the role

Alltres is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its US‑shift sales team in Chennai. As a Sales Executive you will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce the company’s Revenue Cycle Management services and help build professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US‑based prospects and existing clients during US shift hours.
• Present Alltres’ RCM services, identify client needs and handle basic objections.
• Schedule follow‑up meetings or appointments for senior sales team members.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and provide timely updates to supervisors.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with clear phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Basic sales and customer‑service abilities, including handling inquiries and managing objections.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn CRM or calling software quickly.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple calls and follow‑ups.
• Willingness to learn about healthcare RCM services and pursue a sales career.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (business or commerce preferred).
• Flexibility to work night or US‑based shifts; prior internship or project experience in sales or support is a plus.
