Urban Planner / Designer

About the role

Surbanajurong is looking for an experienced Urban Planner/Designer to join its Gurugram office. You will work within a collaborative team to develop innovative urban planning and design solutions that create positive impact for communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive urban plans and design concepts for mixed‑use projects.
• Conduct site analyses, zoning reviews, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare master plans, layout drawings, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Support project teams in meeting regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in urban planning and design.
• Strong understanding of planning principles, land‑use regulations, and design standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
