Travel Consultant – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Guduvancherry, Chennai. You will be responsible for guiding clients from the initial planning stage through flawless execution of both domestic and international trips.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Create customized day‑wise itineraries and detailed quotations.
• Manage client communication, follow‑ups, and end‑to‑end sales coordination.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other vendors.
• Process bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
• Provide pre‑trip and on‑trip support to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and bookings using CRM and administrative systems.
• Stay updated on global destinations, hospitality trends, and travel products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused.
• Eagerness to learn new industry tools, destinations, and travel products.
• Ability to commute conveniently to the Guduvancherry office.
