Transaction Services Manager

About the role

Join Deloitte's Transaction Services team as a Manager, providing customized investment banking services to a diverse client base. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality financial analysis and transaction support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of target businesses and their drivers.
• Assess data accuracy and reasonableness, following up with clients and third parties to resolve anomalies.
• Perform financial analysis on provided data, drawing conclusions and identifying issues.
• Interpret, evaluate, and analyse publicly available information on target businesses.
• Prepare quality deliverables, including Excel and PowerPoint documents, within agreed timelines.
• Identify key issues and report them promptly to senior managers.
• Work on a variety of deals, including large cross‑border transactions across multiple industry verticals.
• Establish credibility with clients and targets as a representative of Deloitte Transaction Services.
• Support proposals and business development activities.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant with strong academic background.
