Senior Process Executive – 401K US Retirement (Night Shift)

About the role

Infosys BPM Ltd. is hiring Senior Process Executives for its 401K US Retirement operations in Bangalore. The role works night shift aligned with US timings, handling end‑to‑end transaction processing for financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex transaction batches following standard operating procedures and SLA targets.
• Prioritize and schedule work to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
• Identify errors in records, initiate corrective actions, and ensure minimal rework.
• Manage account updates, conversions, and other operational volumes for the client.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline) with 1‑2 years of experience, preferably in banking, insurance or related financial services.
• Immediate joiners only; able to work night shift (09:30 PM – 06:30 AM IST).
• Rotational week offs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Attention to detail and analytical ability.
