Territory Service Representative – Delivery Biker

About the role

The Territory Service Representative (Bikers) is responsible for end‑to‑end parcel handling, from unloading and sorting shipments to delivering them to the correct address. The role combines field delivery with pickup operations, ensuring timely and accurate service across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the delivery vehicle and scan each shipment.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting, then outscan shipments according to the delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the exact customer address, capture acknowledgment via a BYOD device, and update status codes for any undelivered items.
• Hand over cash‑on‑delivery (COD) amounts to the supervisor on the same day and transfer undelivered shipments to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper dress code and carry field bags for all delivery points.
• Execute pickups following SOPs, verify serviceable locations, count shipments, and obtain customer acknowledgment on pickup sheets.
• In‑scan shipments at the office, perform rapid entry, and manage bagging and loading of canvas bags into the vehicle.

Required profile

• Ability to follow training instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Reliability in meeting cut‑off times for pickups and deliveries.
• Attention to detail for accurate scanning and status updates.
• Physical fitness to handle loading, unloading, and bike riding.

Required skills

• Barcode scanning and shipment tracking.
• Mobile device (BYOD) operation for acknowledgment capture.
• Cash‑on‑Delivery handling and basic cash reconciliation.
• Basic data entry for rapid shipment processing.
