Territory Service Representative – Courier & Cargo

About the role

The Territory Service Representative will support GVH’s courier and cargo operations across assigned zones. The role involves handling the end‑to‑end tally process, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and ensuring smooth service delivery while working flexible shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage courier and cargo tally records accurately.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with drivers and customers.
• Perform field duties during various shift timings.
• Maintain required documentation such as vehicle registration, insurance, and driver licences.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th class pass with marks sheet.
• Valid Aadhaar and PAN cards.
• Own bike and a valid driving licence.
• Vehicle registration certificate and insurance copy.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Required skills

• Knowledge of courier and cargo tally processes.
• Understanding of pickup and delivery operations.
