Team Lead – Transportation Operations

About the role
Amazon’s Transportation team in Karnataka is looking for a proactive Team Lead to drive continuous improvement of supply‑chain processes. You will lead efforts to raise performance standards, reduce waste and streamline operations while supporting a customer‑centric culture.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks by analysing performance data and reports.
- Implement and sustain process‑control mechanisms such as Kaizen to improve quality and efficiency.
- Lead initiatives that enhance quality standards, reduce waste and remove unnecessary work.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent execution of transportation operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
