About the role
We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative (TSR) to handle the end‑to‑end pickup and delivery of shipments on an assigned route, develop the territory, and grow business with existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and intact pickup and delivery services for shipments (field work).
- Ensure proper hand‑over and tracking of shipments collected from your own route.
- Develop and expand the assigned territory or route.
- Increase sales with existing customers on the route.
- Generate new sales leads and pursue business opportunities.
- Continuously upgrade product and operations knowledge.
- Share competitive market information with the team.
Required profile
- Age between 19 and 28 years.
- Minimum education: SSLC / 10th pass.
- Dependable, friendly and tech‑savvy.
- Own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic English communication skills (read, write, speak).
- Good knowledge of the geographical area of the assigned route.
- Access to a smartphone for task management and communication.
