About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will lead the unsecured‑loan business for self‑employed and professional customers in Lucknow. You will be responsible for driving loan disbursals, profitability and portfolio quality while navigating local market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

  • Operationalise end‑to‑end loan transactions and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve volume and value targets for unsecured loan disbursals while controlling delinquency rates.
  • Monitor loan portfolio health, enforce stringent credit controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Analyse local market characteristics, referral networks and occupation‑specific trends to structure competitive loan offers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise pricing, funding costs and product positioning.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in retail or business‑to‑business sales within the financial services or NBFC sector.
  • Strong understanding of unsecured‑loan products, credit appraisal and risk management.
  • Ability to work independently in a high‑transaction, low‑ticket‑size environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a focus on customer service.
