Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our outbound sales team. In this role you will engage existing customers over the phone, promote insurance solutions and ensure accurate record‑keeping of renewal status.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to generate insurance sales.
• Handle voice processes and maintain a professional communication style.
• Update customer details and renewal status accurately in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective outreach.

Required profile

• Completed 12th grade or a graduate degree.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• 0‑2 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
• Strong sales mindset and thought process.
• Knowledge of insurance or sales is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to follow a structured sales script.
• Basic understanding of insurance products (preferred).
