Telecom Order Management Analyst – Walk‑In Interview

About the role

HCL Technologies is hiring Telecom Order Management Analysts to join its Bangalore office. The position involves handling quoting, contracting and order processing for telecom products, supporting both internal sales teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review quoting and contracting data from the internal sales team.
• Engage with vendors and customers to negotiate rates and propose alternatives.
• Act as SME for the quotation process and support BAU activities.
• Create install, move/add/alter, and amendment quotes for existing and new customers.
• Use workflow management tools to process assigned cases and tasks.
• Enter order data into platforms such as Current Platform, Proposal Manager, Premisys, etc.
• Secure pricing/quote/order approvals and meet SLA targets.

Required profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in telecom order management or related fields.
• Any graduate degree (BS/BE/B.Tech preferred).
• Strong command of English and business‑level fluency in the local language.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining high data accuracy.

Required skills

• Telecommunications and networking technologies knowledge.
• SFDC (Salesforce) familiarity.
• Experience with quoting, ordering and workflow management systems.
• Hands‑on use of platforms such as Current Platform, Proposal Manager, Premisys.
